Summer Sixes Tournament

This registration is for the Summer Sixes tournament at Bethesda Turf Fields on 8/23.

We'll have Boys High School, 7th / 8th Grade, and 5th / 6th Grade teams.

Summer Speed and Agility

Lacrosse specific speed and agility work with Coach Mike.

Laser Timing - increase velocity and acceleration
Plyometrics - Improve explosiveness, power and athleticism
Cone Drills - sharpen agility, balance and change of direction
Agility Games - react, compete and think faster to win

Betehsda Turf Fields at 6 and 7pm
6/2, 6/9, 6/16, 6/30 7/7, 7/14, 7/21 & 7/28

-Rising 2nd - 5th grade
-Rising 6th grade and up
