We are Greenfield Central's Youth Basketball program.  We believe so much is learned on the court that can be applied in everyday life.  Basketball builds teamwork and communication, instills adversity and hard work, and fosters sportsmanship and spirit. See below for our 2025-2026 basketball opportunities.

2025 FREE Fall Skills Camp-GIRLS ONLY: Sundays in September at Greenfield-Central Junior High. We will offer two sessions depending on grade and skill set.  Please see registration page for more details. Session one is from 2-3pm and session two is from 3-4pm.   This is for all skill sets. This is a great opportunity to work on fundamentals prior to our season beginning.  Players should wear tennis shoes, bring a water, and a size 6 (28.5) women's basketball. We will have some available if your player does not have her own basketball. 

2025 GC Cougars ALL BOYS and ALL GIRLS Recreation League.  Registration Opens August 11, 2025!  Practice is held once a week at one of Greenfield Central's Elementary or Intermediate Schools. Typically one game is played per week but there may be up to two games depending on number of participants. Games are Saturdays at one of Greenfield Central's area schools.  This is for all skill sets. 

2025-2026 Winter League.  We will be offering a travel based league for hand selected players from both our ALL GIRLS and ALL BOYS Rec League with an advanced skill set. This league is an additional expense and is off-site.  We will be playing other area schools and non school travel teams. This league runs from January-March. Players will be contacted in November regarding registration details.

Other opportunities you will find throughout the year for Greenfield Central Youth Basketball is our summer basketball camp as well as various camps throughout the school year that are held by our very own GC High School players.
