We are Greenfield-Central's Youth Basketball program. We believe so much is learned on the court that can be applied in everyday life. **NEW** 2026 Summer Workshop Series: GCYB is offering a NEW summer workshop for players looking to get ahead in the off-season. Summer is where basketball players are made. This isn't just a camp--it's a workshop. Expect small coach to player ratio focusing on high-level skills as well as basic fundamentals. Receive specialized instruction from some former GC alum and collegiate athletes. Your player should expect high-repetition and be pushed to their limit! All for a low cost. REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
2026 FREE Fall Skills Camp-GIRLS ONLY: Saturdays in September at GCHS or GCJHS . Two sessions will be offered depending on grade and skill set. ALL SKILL SETS WELCOME. This is a great opportunity to work on fundamentals prior to the start of our rec season. Players should wear tennis shoes, bring a water, and a size 6 (28.5) women's basketball. We will have some available if your player does not have her own basketball. Registration for this camp will be available early August 2026.
2026 GC Cougars ALL BOYS and ALL GIRLS Recreation League. Registration will open early August! Practice is held once a week at one of Greenfield Central's Elementary or Intermediate Schools. Typically one game is played per week but there may be up to two games depending on number of participants. Games are Saturdays at one of Greenfield Central's area schools. This is for all skill sets.
2026-2027 Winter League. This is a try-out based league for both boys and girls. We will be playing other area schools and non school travel teams off-site. More information to follow.
