MEDIA WAIVER POLICY
**CONSENT IS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION.** By registering with NJ Elite, you irrevocably agree to the following Photo, Video, and Audio Release Policy regarding your child’s participation in all league events.
01 // PURPOSE
Media is captured to promote the league, celebrate player achievements, and showcase the competitive spirit of NJ Elite across all platforms.
02 // CONSENT GRANTED
Registration grants irrevocable permission to capture, use, and share Media for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
03 // PRIVACY
No personal information (e.g., full names, contact details) will be disclosed with Media. The Media, upon creation, remains the sole property of NJ Elite Flag Football.
04 // FINAL TERMS
If you do not agree to these terms, including the Media Waiver, please do not register for the league.
I waive any right to royalties or fees related to the use of the Media. Participation is acknowledgment of full agreement.
