NJ Elite is committed to athlete growth in confidence, self-esteem, and teamwork. Our mission is to build character and promote healthy competition that extends far beyond the field.

// PARENT COMMITMENTS

• 01 // POSITIVE SUPPORT: I (and my guests) will cheer respectfully and encourage good sportsmanship at all times, supporting players, coaches, and officials.
• 02 // RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR: I will not engage in unsportsmanlike conduct, including taunting, booing, profane language, or refusing post-game sportsmanship.
• 03 // WELL-BEING FIRST: I will place my child’s emotional and physical safety ahead of my personal desire to win.
• 04 // ENCOURAGEMENT: I will never ridicule, yell at, or publicly criticize my child—or any other participant—for making a mistake or losing.
• 05 // SUPPORT FOR COACHES & OFFICIALS: I will respect and back the coaches and officials who dedicate their time to the league.
• 06 // SUBSTANCE POLICY: I will not bring or use drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or weapons at any NJ Elite event.
• 07 // GAME IS FOR THE KIDS: I will remember that youth flag football exists for children—not for adult competition or ego.
• 08 // RESPECT FOR ALL: I will teach my child to treat everyone with respect, regardless of team, ability, or background.

// DISCIPLINARY ACTION

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct will result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

• • Verbal warning from an official or league director
• • Immediate ejection from the facility
• • Suspension from games
• • Forfeiture of games
• • **Removal from the season without refund or credit**

By registering a child in NJ Elite, parents agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and help foster the competitive, yet respectful, league environment we demand.
