Who Can Participate?

Open to boys and girls, ages 5-17. No residency requirements—participants from any city are welcome.

What Does the Fee Cover?

Includes Week 0, 6 regular season games, 1 playoff game, and 1 championship/consolation game (9 weeks total). Players receive an Official NFL FLAG reversible jersey & flag belt kit, plus certified officials, field maintenance, and administration.

// THE GEAR

Uniforms Provided?

Yes. Every player receives an official NFL FLAG team jersey and flag belt kit. You must provide pocket-free shorts/pants and cleats/shoes.

Mouthguards Required?

Mandatory. No player can step on the field for practice or games without one. We sell them on-site (Cash/Zelle) if you forget yours.

Team Placement

Free agent rosters are built based on Age and location. We do our best to honor friend/coach requests but maintaining competitive balance is the priority.

Who Coaches?

Coaches are volunteers (usually parents). We provide the training and drills. No experience required—just a background check and a desire to lead.

Roster Size

Teams typically carry 8–10 players. This ensures everyone gets playing time while accounting for absences.

The Officials

We use NFL FLAG Certified officials. Every official has passed a background check and is dedicated to enforcing safety and maintaining fair play.

Championships

Yes, the season concludes with playoffs for every division. Champions receive official NJ Elite Rings. Every team plays on the final day, including consolation matchups, to ensure all athletes compete.
