SUGAR LAND GIRLS SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION




Are you interested in becoming an approved Vendor at a Sugar Land Girls Softball Association (SLGSA) event? Please complete the registration form below and submit for SLGSA Board of Director approval. Once approved we will add you to our approved Vendor list.

Before clicking the link to the registration form, please note the following SLGSA  Vendor guidelines:

- SLGSA only accepts food Vendors who do not compete with SLGSA Concessions (must not sell same items)
- Vendors agree to return 20% of profit to SLGSA by close of tournament/event weekend. 
- Vendors must have their own equipment, including generators for power source. 
- On major tournament event weekends, Vendors agree to set up in predetermined areas set forth by SLGSA Board and communicated by Tournament Director or Head of Concessions.
- Setup may begin as early as 7am on tournament days. (Earlier setup can be arranged; if required.)
- Vendors should bring tents, tables and/or displays, chairs, etc.
- SLGSA is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
