Deposit Refund
At the end of the season, to be eligible for your $40 deposit, the following conditions must be met.
· Return all equipment, e.g., helmets, shoulder pads, pom-poms
· Return all pieces of uniforms, e.g., jerseys, practice jerseys, cheer uniforms, clean. Please refrain from returning uniforms that have not been cleaned.
· The board will host equipment return night(s) where you will be able to return uniforms.
· Volunteer at all home events that West Stanly Youth Football & Cheer Organization hosts at West Stanly High School.
· Volunteer for one shift per player or cheerleader, with a shift lasting one hour, per home event,
The board will host equipment return night(s) to be announced via email and on Facebook. At this time, when you have met the requirements for a refund, the board will refund your deposit via a check, to be given to you at the return night.
