Deposit Refund

At the end of the season, to be eligible for your $40 deposit, the following conditions must be met.

·       Return all equipment, e.g., helmets, shoulder pads, pom-poms

·       Return all pieces of uniforms, e.g., jerseys, practice jerseys, cheer uniforms, clean. Please refrain from returning uniforms that have not been cleaned.

·       The board will host equipment return night(s) where you will be able to return uniforms.

·       Volunteer at all home events that West Stanly Youth Football & Cheer Organization hosts at West Stanly High School.

·       Volunteer for one shift per player or cheerleader, with a shift lasting one hour, per home event,

The board will host equipment return night(s) to be announced via email and on Facebook. At this time, when you have met the requirements for a refund, the board will refund your deposit via a check, to be given to you at the return night.

Refund Policy

For all teams including Cheerleading, Flag Football, Division 1 and Division 2, the West Stanly Youth Football & Cheer Organization has the following refund policy.

If a player/cheerleader quits prior to uniforms, jerseys, equipment, and insurance/registration fees (AYF) are ordered or paid, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued minus processing fees.

In the event uniforms, jerseys, equipment, and insurance/registration fees (AYF) have been ordered or paid, and a player/cheerleader leaves a team, the player/cheerleader will receive 50% of the total registration and associated fees paid.

If a player/cheerleader quits after the Jamboree and the season has started, no refund or credit will be issued.
