As you have heard this year’s basket raffle is moving from the Azalea Little League complex to Tabernacle Church of Norfolk to allow everyone to be inside and socialize during the event. We are also turning it into an afternoon tea event so we will have a selection of hot beverages available along with finger sandwiches, cookies, etc. for guests to enjoy while you drop tickets and wait for the drawing to begin. This is our treat to you for attending.
This year’s event will be Saturday, November 16th.
We are also adding an information card to the event to remind you to join us at the jamboree and to recognize those who donate to the basket raffle. So, for anyone donating a regular basket (typically valued between $5 and $50) you will be identified as a friend of the jamboree on the info card. Anyone donating a special prize (valued at $100 or more), you will be identified as a basket raffle sponsor. We will be sending out packages explaining more about this opportunity. If you or someone you know would like to receive information about donating, please message us with their contact info.
