The mission of Imperial Valley Challenger League is to provide individuals with special needs an opportunity to participate in team sports, learn teamwork, and build character.
The Challenger Division of Little League is designed for players with physical and intellectual challenges, and the age ranges are as follows:
- Little League Challenger Division: Ages 4 to 18 (or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school).
- Senior Challenger Division: Ages 15 and older (with no upper age limit).
This flexibility ensures that individuals of all ages can participate in a supportive and inclusive environment. If your league has any additional requirements or specific rules, those may also come into play.
Games are held at Evans Park in Imperial (409 E 5th St, Imperial, CA 92251) every Saturday at 8:30 a.m. From the first Saturday in January to the last Saturday in May.
Registration covers league play and uniform jersey. A fundraising component is available for families who want to participate in events like Jamborees or MLB games.
