Whitefish Bay Little League is looking for youth interested in umpiring games for the upcoming baseball season.  We are looking for umps to cover all Pee Wees, Minors, Majors, Intermediates and Juniors games.  All are welcome and no previous experience is needed! All umpires must be 5th grade or above and actively or previously competed in  majors to participate.

Age/Grade Requirements

Pee Wees - must be in 5th grade or above (current school year) and be currently registered for or have completed at least ONE years of MAJORS
Minors Field - must be in 6th grade or above (current school year) and have completed at least ONE year of MAJORS
Minors Plate - must be in 7th grade or above (current school year) and completed at least TWO years of MAJORS 
Majors Field - must be in 6th grade or above (current school year) and have completed at least TWO years of MAJORS
Majors Plate - must be 8th grade or above (current school year) and completed at least TWO years of MAJORS
Intermediates Field/Plate - must be in High School and have completed Intermediates/travel ball
Juniors Field/Plate - must be in High School and have completed Intermediates/travel ball

Training

Whether your child is a seasoned pro, or just getting started, we will offer an umpire training clinic for those umpiring all divisions of play. The umpiring training clinic will be held in April preceding the start of the Spring/Summer season.

Pee Wees - $15
Minors Plate - $30
Minors/ Majors Field - $20
Majors Plate - $35
Intermediates/Juniors Field - $25
Intermediates/Juniors Plate - $40

Field Crew

Want to join the field crew? We are looking for motivated hardworking students that are interested in helping to maintain our park and baseball field playing surfaces during both the Spring/Summer and Fall Ball seasons.

8th Grade and older

Must be willing to learn field setup and closing procedures, and the operation of field maintenance equipment.

$10.50/hr

Snack Shack Crew

Interested in joining the snack shack crew? We are looking for responsible, hardworking, dependable, trustworthy students with positive attitudes who enjoy communicating and engaging with our Whitefish Bay community to work concessions during both the Spring/Summer and Fall Ball seasons.

8th Grade and older

Must be willing to learn opening and closing procedures, which include stocking, cleaning, grilling and cooking as well as positively interacting with adults, children and other staff members.

$8.50/hr starting wage up to $10.50/hr
