NFL FLAG Venice, NFL Flag, and RCX Sports, RCX Sports Leagues, LLC  are committed to the safety of our participants. We have a thorough background check program for coaches participating in our programs.

Background checks are REQUIRED for all Assistant Coaches, Head Coaches, and Staff age 18 and older. We currently use Checkr to run these checks. This organization is a full-service background screening company that offers volunteer-based organizations a one-stop-shop for background checks. 

NFL Flag Venice will email you a link to run your background check upon assigning you as coach to your team. Background checks will require an applicant’s full name, social security number, and date of birth. We DO NOT receive this information. 

All Fees associated with the mandatory background checks are paid by NFL Flag Venice.
