Our community's Little League program relies on dedicated individuals to join us as volunteer managers and coaches every season. Whether you're a baseball veteran or simply passionate about youth development, you can make a lasting impact on young players' lives.
Why Become a Little League coach?
Your involvement goes far beyond teaching baseball fundamentals. As a coach, you'll:
-Build character, confidence, and leadership skills in young athletes

What We Provide:
-Comprehensive training and coaching resources

What We're Looking For:
-Enthusiasm for working with youth athletes
-Commitment to creating a positive, encouraging environment
-Willingness to learn and follow Little League guidelines
-Ability to communicate effectively with players, parents, and officials
-Dedication to attendance at practices and games
Time Commitment:
-Pre-season meetings and planning sessions
-2 practices per week (Spring); 1 practice per week (Fall)
-2 games per week (Spring); 1 game per week (Fall)
Background checks are required for all volunteers to ensure player safety. No prior coaching experience is necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
