2025 General Meeting Dates

General Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month
in the Volz Middle School Library at 8pm. 

We kindly ask adults only for these meetings.

2026 Executive Board Elections will be held on 
January 15th, 2026.


TO BE AN ELIGBLE VOTING MEMBER
OR RUN FOR A BOARD POSITION: 


1) You MUST attend 6 (or more) of the Regular
General Meetings from January 2025-December 2025. 


2) Of the 6 meetings, you MUST attend AT LEAST 2 of the 3 meetings prior to the January election (October, November and December).
