2025 D38 Softball Tournament Information


Game Day Details - Pending Updates
Umpires
Each team pays the umpires.
If there are 2 umpires, each umpire is paid $50; $50 per team
If there is one umpire, the umpire is paid $60 total; $30 per team

Weather Delays/Cancellations
Home sites are responsible for monitoring the weather
Site Directors should notify the group chat if they are cancelling by 3pm on game day
If an umpire shows up because they were not notified of the cancellation, they have to be paid. 
Opposing teams should work together to reschedule their games prior to the semi-finals and notify the group chat

Home/Away
For all games except the semi finals/championship, the home site team is home and the traveling team is away. 

Game Balls
Each Team must provide 2 game balls per game
Site Directors should be prepared with additional game balls if needed. 

Affidavits 
Managers must bring their affidavits to each game. 
Baseball Only - Pitch counts must be recorded and verified by the onsite Director and the Manager/coach
