๐งญ Coach Expectations
| Coaches are responsible for teaching players fundamental baseball skills such as pitching, hitting, and fielding. Coaches must model and teach good sportsmanship, including respecting rules, opponents, officials, teammates, and themselves. Coaches should foster a positive and supportive team environment, encouraging teamwork and fair play. Coaches are responsible for player safety, including proper warm-up routines, injury prevention, and ensuring players are using appropriate equipment. Coaches should communicate effectively with players, parents, and league officials. Coaches need to be familiar with Little League rules and regulations. Coaches are responsible for bringing necessary equipment to practices and games, such as baseballs, gloves, bats, first-aid kits, and more.
