NO JEWELRY - THIS INCLUDES EARRINGS FOR SAFETY OF THE CHEERLEADER.
Hair MUST be pulled out of the cheerleader’s face for practice and competition. Make-up can be worn in moderation.
NO GUM allowed during practice or competition.
NO NAIL POLISH unless it is clear.
Shoes:
- Fall Season: All cheerleaders will need to have clean white tennis shoes.
- Winter Season: All Cheerleaders will need to have clean white tennis shoes. These shoes can NOT be worn outside during the season, this is to help keep the mats clean.
All cheerleaders need to wear white no show socks.
UNIFORMS: need to be kept clean and in good condition. Parents need to be aware that if the uniform is lost or mistreated, they will be charged a replacement cost.

The Cheerleaders are to show respect to each other & to their coach. The coach has the authority, if a girl is disobedient, to pull her out of the practice if she is not following the rules. If a problem continues it will be brought to the director’s attention to be handled further with the help of the parents. Competitive Cheer is totally different than Sideline attention is important.
Each cheerleader is to have a copy of the rules and cheers with her at every practice.
Cheerleading is a team sport; we are working to teach them about team unity and how their actions (both good and bad) affect their team. Successes will be celebrated together and consequences will be completed as a team.

If there is a problem, please take 24 hours to think about how you want to approach it and then contact either the coach or myself. We will do the same thing.
