Juventus Academy Training Experience 2026

Trip Dates: March 29 – April 4, 2026
Location: Turin, Italy
Eligible Players: Boys & Girls 2006 to 2020. Single player can participate without a parent if 2013 and older. 
Hotel Package: B&Borgaro or Novotel GC Hotel 4-star – $1,900 per participant (players or family members)
Infants 0–3 years old: Free

Payment Policy

A $500 deposit per participant is required to reserve your spot.
The deposit will be refunded only if the trip itself is canceled.
Once the trip is confirmed in early October 2025, the remaining balance must be paid in full before departure.
Payment Options:
One-time payment via check (after confirmation in October)
Installment plan – Remaining balance divided into 5 equal payments automatically charged on the 15th of each month (October, November, December, January, February).
Important: All payments beyond the deposit are non-refundable.
Payment Instructions:
At checkout, please select the payment plan option to pay only the deposit at this time. Once the trip is confirmed, you may choose to pay the remaining balance in a single payment by check (saving $200 in installment fees) or continue with your selected payment plan.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Sunday, March 29 (afternoon/evening) at J Hotel in Turin. Dinner will be served at 8 PM. Group shuttles from Turin Airport will be coordinated.
Departure: Saturday, April 4 in the morning. Shuttle service provided to Turin Airport.
Participants may extend their stay before or after the trip at their own expense.

6 nights at the B&Borgaro or Novotel GC Hotel 4-star
7 days full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) from first dinner to last breakfast
4 Juventus coaches during training sessions (Juventus FC coaches)
1 team leader for the entire trip
3 training sessions
3 international friendly matches
Physiotherapist/doctor at sessions and matches
Juventus Museum & Allianz Stadium tour
Turin city tour (2 hours with private guide)
Training session at Juventus Training Center (Vinovo)

Important Information

Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months after return (until October 4, 2026). Please renew if needed.
Flights: Should be booked once your child’s age-group participation is confirmed. Juventus Academy LA does not control airfare prices.
Travel without a parent: Players born in 2013 and older may travel without a family member but will remain under coach supervision. We strongly advise that at least one family member attend.
Parents’ activities: Parents are not required to follow their child during training/matches. Children will be supervised; parents are free to explore Turin.
Uniform: Players must wear the official Juventus uniform for all sessions and matches. Please contact the organization if you need to purchase it.
What’s included: Registration fee covers all meals, accommodations, bus transportation, and scheduled program activities (no need to rent a car).
Insurance:
Basic accident medical coverage is included for all participants (do not purchase Accident Medical Coverage again).
Optional travel insurance may be purchased at checkout for cancellation & interruption protection, which can reimburse non-refundable, unused registration fees.
Luggage & gear: Players must bring their own soccer equipment (cleats, shin guards, training clothes). Laundry service available at the hotel for an extra fee.
Communication: Daily updates will be provided via WhatsApp.
Behavior & conduct: All participants are expected to follow team rules and respect staff, teammates, and facilities.
