Juventus Academy World Cup Trip 2026

Trip Dates: June 8 – June 13, 2026
Location: Bardonecchia & Sauze d’Oulx (Alps, Italy)
Eligible Players: Boys & Girls 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. Players born 2013 and older may participate without a parent, players 2017 are allowed to play up to 2016). World Cup rules allow girls’ teams to compete in the boys’ division (one age group younger) or guest play with boys’ teams in their same or younger age group.


Prices

$1,800 Per participant (player or family member)
Infants 0–3 years old: Free
A $500 deposit per participant is required to reserve your spot.

Payment Policy

The $500 deposit per participant will be refunded only if the trip itself is canceled.
Once the trip is confirmed in early October 2025, the remaining balance must be paid in full before departure.
Payment Options:
One-time payment via check (after confirmation in October)
Installment plan – Remaining balance divided into 4 equal payments, automatically charged on the 1st of each month (November–February)
All payments beyond the deposit are non-refundable.
Payment Instructions:
At checkout, please select the payment plan option to pay only the deposit at this time. Once the trip is confirmed, you may choose to pay the remaining balance in a single payment by check (saving $200 in installment fees) or continue with your selected payment plan.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Monday, June 8, 2026. Meet at Juventus Stadium in Turin no later than 3:00 PM.
Departure: Saturday, June 13, 2026. Families are free to leave during the morning from the hotel near Turin Airport.
Participants may extend their stay before or after the tournament at their own expense.

Important Information

Passports: Must be valid for at least 6 months after return (until December 12, 2026). Please renew if needed.
Flights: Book once your child’s age-group participation is confirmed. This registration doesn’t include airfare. Participants can book their own ticket accordingly with the dates provided. 
Family requirement: Each player must be accompanied by at least one parent/family member (no exceptions).
Why parents pay the same price: As participants, parents receive the same benefits: full board, accommodations, transportation, insurance, and tournament access.
Hotels: Final assignment will depend on group size. Expected locations are Bardonecchia or Sauze d’Oulx, approx. 1 hour from Turin.
Uniform: Players must wear the official Juventus uniform for all matches. Contact the organization if you need to purchase it.
Insurance:
Basic accident medical coverage is included (do not purchase Accident Medical Coverage again).
Optional travel insurance may be purchased at checkout for cancellation & interruption protection. This may reimburse non-refundable, unused registration fees.
Luggage & gear: Players must bring their own soccer equipment (cleats, shin guards, training clothes).
Communication: Daily updates will be provided via WhatsApp.
Behavior & conduct: All participants are expected to follow team rules and respect staff, teammates, and facilities.
Cancellation: If a player voluntarily leaves the Academy before the trip, he/she forfeits participation in the trip and the payments will not be refunded. If a player is not selected to remain with the Academy prior to the trip, the player is still eligible to participate in the trip as planned.
