Refund Policy:

North Shore Little League (NSLL) recognizes that sometimes plans change after registering a child which will not allow your child to play baseball or softball.

Our spring season refund policy is as follows:


If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) prior to March 15, you will be refunded your registration in full.

If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) between March 16 thru March 31, NSLL will issue a 50% refund.

If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) after April 1 or later, NSLL will not issue a refund.

*** If you sign up for the Free Pre-season clinics and child attends any of the clinics you will not receive any refund of your registration fee, regardless of the date.


Our fall season refund policy is as follows:

If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) prior to September 1, you will be refunded your registration in full.

If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) between September 2 thru September 11, NSLL will issue a 50% refund.

If you notify NSLL ([email protected]) after September 12 or later, NSLL will not issue a refund.


All requests for refunds must be submitted for consideration to the NSLL Board of Directors by email to [email protected]. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
