Refund Policy:North Shore Little League (NSLL) recognizes that sometimes plans change after registering a child which will not allow your child to play baseball or softball.
Our spring season refund policy is as follows:If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) prior to March 15, you will be refunded your registration in full.
If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) between March 16 thru March 31, NSLL will issue a 50% refund.
If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) after April 1 or later, NSLL will not issue a refund.
*** If you sign up for the Free Pre-season clinics and child attends any of the clinics you will not receive any refund of your registration fee, regardless of the date.Our fall season refund policy is as follows:If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) prior to September 1, you will be refunded your registration in full.
If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) between September 2 thru September 11, NSLL will issue a 50% refund.
If you notify NSLL (
[email protected]) after September 12 or later, NSLL will not issue a refund.
All requests for refunds must be submitted for consideration to the NSLL Board of Directors by email to
[email protected]. If you have requested a refund, please note that it may take up to 10 business days to process the refund.
