2026 FALL Volleyball (5th to 8th Grade)

Monte Cassino Volleyball Program Overview

5th Grade Developmental League:

Duration: 5th-grader season kicks off with the Monte Cassino 5th Grade Developmental League, featuring games held on Fridays from September 4th to October 2nd.
Focus: Designed specifically for 5th-grade players, this league provides a supportive environment for skill-building, teamwork, and game experience.
Number of Matches: 10
Start of Practice: Early August

6th to 8th Grade:

Duration: Players in grades 6 through 8 will participate in the DMSAA Volleyball League, with games scheduled on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Timeframe: The season begins in late August and concludes during the last week of October.
Number of Matches: 12 - 15
Start of Practice: Week of July 20th

Monte Cassino Cross Country Program

Join our inclusive team for 4th through 8th Students! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to running, all skill levels are welcome. Explore trails, compete in exciting meets, and embark on a journey of fitness and growth.

Key Dates:

Practice Start: Week of August 17th
Practice Days: Monday/Wednesday at 6-730p (Woodward Park) and Friday at 3:30p-5:00p (Monte Cassino-Saints Field)
Season Duration: August 18th through 2nd Week of October

Race Schedule:

Uniforms: If you're a returning member of the team and your uniform still fits well, there's no need to purchase a new one. However, if you're a new member or if your uniform no longer fits, please stay visit Cross Country Store.

2026 FALL Cheer

Monte Cassino MS Cheerleading Program

Join our spirited team for 5th through 8th-grade students! Whether you're a seasoned cheerleader or new to the sport, all levels of experience are welcome. Cheer on our teams, ignite the crowd, and embark on a journey of teamwork and school spirit.

Key Dates:

Practice Start: TBD (Typically 2nd Week of School)
Practice Days:
Tuesday at 3:15 - 4:30p (6th to 8th) in MS Gym
Thursday at 3:15 - 4:30p (5th) in MS Gym
Duration: Jr Comet Football, Monte MS Basketball Games home game and additional events throughout the year.

Uniform:

Uniform is not included in registration payment and will be sold separately. You are not required to purchase uniform each year. Our includes: Shell, skirt, lining, briefs, shorts, shoes and bow. All uniforms items will be purchased through Varsity Cheer.

6th – 8th Grade | 1p -4p
This is a required camp for all 2026 – 2027 Cheerleaders
