Group Fitness Descriptions

Active Adults Conditioning - Exercise is key to healthy aging!  This class is geared toward active adults looking to maintain or improve their level of fitness.  In this class, you can expect to perform strength circuits using weights, bands, and balls with a focus on flexibility and stretching.  All levels welcome.  (this class is 45 minutes)

Cize -
Tired of your workout?  It's time to WORK IT!  But great dancing the way we've designed it is hard work.  The more you get into it, the more you'll get out of it.  You WILL drip sweat.  And you WON'T stop moving.  Performing these pulse-pounding, thrilling routines is serious cardiovascular conditioning, core strengthening and overall muscle toning - all at once!  All fitness levels welcome.  (this class is 45 minutes) Click here to learn more about this program.

Cize Express -
Same great workout as the 45 minute Cize class, but offered in a shorter time. All fitness levels welcome.  (this class is 30 minutes) 

Cycle Fit -
This high-intensity workout combines the best of both worlds. Participants will rotate between 2-minute cycle intervals and 30 second resistance training intervals. Cycle intervals may consist of jumps, sprints, climbs, hovering and roadrunners. Resistance training intervals may consist of exercises using free weights, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands and body weight exercises. (this class is 45 minutes)

Cycling & Cycling Express - A non-impact, instructor-led class in which participants ride stationary Schwinn bikes to the rhythm of motivating music. (this class is 30 or 45 minutes)

Insanity Express -
The same mind blowing, home DVD workout in a group class setting! Prepare to be constantly challenged in this extreme fitness class that will take you through long bursts of high intensity exercises followed by short breaks. This class will leave you breathless, sweaty and feeling fabulous! (Class is 30 minutes)


Jess Express -
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intervals, weights, plyometrics, bands, core work and much more.  This class is a 30 minute class, we aim to push people to new fitness levels.  Everyone is welcome to this class as each individual works at their own pace and towards their personal goals.


Silver Sneakers -
A fitness class for older adults (65+) focusing on muscular strength, range of motion and flexibility to help with daily living skills. All exercises can be done seated if necessary (this class is 45 minutes)


Speed & Agility -
A class for all levels of fitness from teen to older adults.  Improve your sport endurance, pace and balance or just make daily tasks easier and safer by learning how to stabilize and move the body safely and efficiently.  (this class is 45 minutes.)

Tabata
- This class is a 30 min class using small segments of high intensity training.  The intense workout phase is 20 seconds and the rest phase is 10 seconds.  Using body weight resistant bands and free weights the bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

TurboKick Express - The ultimate cardiovascular challenge! Complete with a warm up, intervals, easy to follow kickboxing choreography and a cool down. Be prepared to sweat! (this class is 30 minutes)

Warrior Fitness Express -  a popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.  These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time. Although our instructor may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation.

Zumba - Come join the party! This class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they're getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! (this class is 45 minutes)
