Online Registration Notes

Payments

  • Payment is due at time of registration.  
  • Payment will be processed immediately to the card provided when registration is submitted. 
  • When payment is received, the participant/team will have a permanent spot in the program of choice. If you do not wish to pay upon registration, please visit the facility to fill out the registration paperwork and request to pay at a later date.  In this situation, the participant/team will have a temporary spot in the program of choice.  
  • Please be aware that our programs sometimes will fill up prior to start date, in which case we will have to close registration.  Payment at time of registration ensures a saved spot for the participant/team.

Cancellations & Refunds:
To cancel your program registration, please contact Mark at 269.329.0033 or by email at [email protected].  To reserve written documentation of the request to cancel will be required, and monetary refunds will be evaluated as follows:

Refund Policy: 

  • 7 days prior to start of program:  75% refund of fees paid at registration.
  • Within 72 hours prior to start of program:  50% refund of fees paid at registration.
  • After start of program:  no refunds.

 

Refunds for Online Store Program Specials/Discounts:

If a limited time coupon or voucher offering a program or registration discount is not used at the time of original registration (i.e. if online code for an online special is not entered into online registration at time of original registration), then the discount is no longer valid.  We will not be issuing refunds or credits to reflect discount for previously registered campers.
