Changes to Registration Services

As of Thursday, January 16th there will be an automatic $3 fee added to each transaction, this came from the change that was taken by our former provider Blue Sombrero who decided to merge/be taken over by Sports Connect.

What this means for current members?

As most of you have already registered to be part of our Flight Programs there will not be fees added to what you have already paid. Any future programs that are registered for as of Thursday, January 16th will be charged the $3 fee, this also includes any recurring/installment payments, they will be charged $3 per transaction.

Why have Ascension Flight put on the $3 fee?

We haven’t!

Our website and registration provider ‘Sports Connect’ has updated their service to include this fee as part of each transaction.

What is next?

We as a club over the coming weeks and months will research different providers to see if there is another option that is of minimal cost to our members and will not affect our registration for future programs.

As it stands we will continue with Sports Connect until further notice. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask!
