Vision
The vision of FC Dallas El Paso West is to become a premier soccer academy; provide soccer education and training at both the competitive and recreational level to children 4-18 years of age. FC Dallas El Paso West envisions an optimum participation and inclusion environment for boys and girls that strives to reach the highest level of success, excellence and social integration.
It is also FC Dallas El Paso West purpose is to provide our children with present and future resources to grow both personally and professionally. By achieving the habit, solid and regular interest of children for the sport of Soccer, the knowledge, experience and time spent on it will become an important asset to pursuit other dreams and plans. Higher-Education, Soccer-Related jobs and networking are only some benefits that will accompany this growth from Soccer, working as foundation for children’s LIFEPATHS.

U4-U7 Program:
The U4-U7 Program is devoted to the enjoyment of the game in a recreational environment without the emphasis of higher level of competition and time commitment. The purpose of the program is to provide an opportunity for the participant to have fun, learn the sport and develop life skills including a life long love of the game any player between the ages 3-6.

U8-U12 Program:
The U8-U12 program is the foundation of our U13-U17 Program. It is a developmental program for 7-11 year old players (U8-U12) to create an environment more conducive for long-term player development.
Our program provides:
- A professional coaching staff that oversees all aspects of training and games.
- A program that competes against El Paso-area youth soccer clubs.
- A program that participates in tournaments (limited number of and distance).

U13-U18 Program:
FC Dallas El Paso West Programs are for the serious highest level of competition soccer player who desires to play at a highly competitive level between the ages 12-17. Our top teams are geared toward college exposure as well as state, regional and national competitions. Our teams compete in league play ranging from the USYSA National League, to the Region Premiere League and in the El Paso Youth Soccer leagues. Our Select teams frequently travel to out-of-state tournaments. Select soccer requires a firm commitment of time and money by both the player and the parent.
