Here is our policy:
*If any changes or cancellations need to happen, we will send out notice at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled event.
*Here are the outlets of communication we will use:
- Email through the 316-Sports website and registration (which everyone has and should be receiving information from)
- Text Alert through the 316-Sports website (as everyone registers, they are asked to sign up for the text alerts. Make sure that you accept this)
- Twitter: 316-Sports has a twitter account and will use it to send out information. Please download the Twitter app and FOLLOW 316-Sports and make sure notifications are on.
- Check out our facebook page www.facebook.com/threesixteensports/
- Inclement weather protocol Click the link to download information document.
These communication avenues have worked well. If nothing is sent out or heard, the plan is to go as scheduled. We try not to make changes as it effects our season tremendously and we hope to keep moving forward and not have to adjust schedules for our program, facilities, or families.
