RENTAL PRIORITY:

1) DSC Facility Associate Member: DSC is seeking partners for the DSC indoor Soccer facility on an ongoing basis

2) Full season contracts (November 1-April 30) awarded July 1
3) Partial season contracts require two month minimum rental and will be awarded after September 15
4) Individual date contracts

HOUR CLOCK SYSTEM:

• Full Field / Half Field  reserved in 1-hour time blocks
• No transition time is built into the plan and renters / leagues are booked immediately, back-to-back
• Swift transitions between users are necessary

MAKING A RENTAL REQUEST:

• Complete the DSC Field Rental Request Form (Click here to download the form)
• Documents below must be on file prior to rental date:
... 1) Certificate of Insurance with the Dayton Sports Complex listed as an additionally insured
... 2) ST-3 form for tax exempt renters

RENTAL RULES:

• A full set of the rules will accompany the rental contract.
• The user shall not conduct any sales of food and/or beverage at DSC.
• No permanent or temporary advertising, signage or trademark visibility is allowed anywhere at the facility without prior written approval.
