Refund Policy
In an effort to help stabilize team rosters and control disruptions caused by player drops and to account for payment processing fees, WLLA has adopted the following refund policy. This refund policy applies to each player regardless of the reason for the player drop. In order to receive any refund, a letter of withdrawal form must be submitted to WBSA. No refund will be processed without this form.
Amount of refund will be based on the situation listed below.
Withdrawal before the first day of Player Draft Week
Refund is amount paid minus $10, to cover processing fees charged by Sports Connect.
Withdrawal after your player's division has drafted
No refund will be issued.
All refund requests must be sent to the WLL Treasurer at [email protected]. Refunds will be credited back per payment method at time of registration. All refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
