2023 Opening Day set for March 25th

During their January board meeting, officials decided on March 25th, 2023 for their Opening Day Ceremony.

A few short announcements and introductions by BCLL President James Cadenas will kick off the ceremony, followed by emcee Clint Hewitt's introduction of the players and teams of each division.

Teams will have their decorated cake in tow for the live auction, and the first games of the season are to immediately follow.

Things to expect at this year's ceremonies are: opening invocation, National Anthem performance, recital of the Little League Pledge, food trucks, and the league's big fundraiser - an exhilarating golf ball drop from a hovering helicopter.

To grab your tickets for the Golf Ball Drop, reach out to your favorite little leaguer, or through the league's Facebook page. But don't wait! With only 1,000 tickets available and awesome cash prizes on the line, these will go fast!

The event begin at 9 a.m. and the Bay City Little League invites all to attend this festive day!
