Speed & Agility Memberships (Ages 7 & up): DNA offers speed and agility training for individuals year round in small groups. Memberships are available with unlimited training to multiple classes offered six days per week to accommodate the busiest of schedules. LYBO receives one week free trial plus monthly discounts!
Strength Programs (Ages 12 & up): DNA offers strength training for individuals year round in semi-private and small group sessions. Memberships are available with unlimited training as well as packages for specific sports like volleyball, basketball and baseball with defined sessions. Introducing and educating athletes to the proper way to lift and building strength to prevent injuries is one of the best investments for an athlete.
Sports Performance Programs (High School & College Athletes): A personalized and sport specific training program consists of a 2 day-a-week or 3-day-a-week schedule with over 1.5 hours each day of COMBINED strength training, speed/agility training, and conditioning. Our program will provide each athlete a Functional Movement Screen plus pre and post testing and individualized programing.
Elite Speed Training (High School & College Athletes): The program focuses on each individual’s needs and desired improvements in speed and agility for his or her specific sport. Elite Speed is the perfect supplement to be added to team programming and can also stand on its own to work only on specific need. Elite Speed has a focus on specific speed training techniques and is unmatched in its intensity.
