The Loveland Player Development Program (Baseball Academy) is for players who are interested in improving foundational skills through repetition. For the younger players, the goal is to build solid foundational fundamentals. For the older players, the goal is to build on those fundamentals and bridge the gap between recreational and competitive/select baseball.
We strive to do this in a fun, organized program that provides a positive learning environment with a focus on player development, both personally and athletically. The goal is to cultivate local talent within a civic-centric organization and we foster athletic growth and competitive opportunity while building personal relationships and a firm sense of community.
The program is run by a certified instructor and LYBO offers this program in the Winter (indoor), Spring and Fall. The Academy is a 4-6 week, once-a-week practice focusing on key fundamentals.

Baseball is as much of a skill as it is a sport and the more reps your player gets the more comfortable they become. The more comfortable they become the more confidence they have and the better they get. The better they get, the more fun they will have!
