REGISTRATION:
2024 Football Registration runs from March 1st and will closes on June 30th at 11:59 PM. (we usually fill up QUICKLY so please do not wait)
Each team is limited to 25 football players and early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure a spot on our teams. Team placement is determined by Williamsville Jr. Football Rules and Regulation and/or the Commissioner of Football.
COST:
Football registration is $220 plus a $40 fundraising fee. Varsity fee is $125.00. Registration fee will cover: all games and league fee, twilled jersey with last name on it, game day pants, helmet stickers, end of season trophy and 1 banquet ticket. Payment Plan are available in April and May, a $100 deposit is required at registration to obtain a spot on the roster. Full paid must be made before Monday, July 22nd to participant in practice.
FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT:
Football equipment is not included in the cost of registration. Football players will need to purchase a helmet and shoulder pads. ALL participants are required to attend an Open House for a jersey fitting and/or equipment fitting.
Families are responsible to purchase a practice jersey, athletic support cup, mouth guard and molded cleats (screw on cleat are NOT permitted).
We have limited shoulder pad rentals available.
PRACTICE:
We follow USA Football practice guidelines for proper acclimatization to heat and equipment.
Practice for all teams start Monday July 22, 2024. The first 3 weeks of practice will run from Monday thru Thursday at 4415 Millersport HWY. Starting on August 18th practice will go down to 3 days a week with a game on Friday, Saturday OR Sunday.
OPEN HOUSE:
All families are required to attend one Open House to be fitted for their uniform, hand in a copy of their child/ward birth certificate, $100 Volunteer Concession deposit check, and sign all necessary documents which will include Code of Conduct and Wavier forms including verification of residency.
Participants will not be allowed to practice if these items are not turned in prior to the season beginning.
NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION:
Families who are new to Williamsville Jr Football and Cheer will be required to attend the New Family Orientation - TBD.
FUNDRAISER/SPONSORSHIP:
Williamsville Jr. will hold fundraisers throughout the year/season, these fundraisers will directly help with the purchase of new equipment.
Sponsorship signage around the field helps to defer the costs of operations, events and capital improvements. You can receive a $50 discount off your registration for signing up a new Silver Sponsor or higher.
