The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association determines when we can officially make an offer to you for a team at Rush. See below for the official dates:

Per the tryout rules, you will have 24 hours to accept or decline this offer. Your offer, therefore, could expire by the end of the following day. Please note we are unable to guarantee your offer beyond the 24 hours notification.

ACCEPTING YOUR OFFER AND NEXT STEPS- TEAM MEETING
Once you receive your email offer, you have 24 hours to accept the offer. If you do not accept within this stipulated time frame, your team offer is no longer guaranteed.
If for some reason you need a little more time to make a decision, please contact your team coach (information provided in the notification email) to make this request. We cannot guarantee that the team coach is able to provide you this allowance.
We are making the appeal to all parents who know exactly what your intentions are, with regards to the offer made by Rush, to communicate your decision as early as possible to the team coach so we can notify the next eligible player of their offer.
To complete your acceptance, please follow the information in your notification letter. To secure your position on a team, you must complete the registration process as outlined in your notification letter.
Traditionally, we conduct team meetings soon after team notification and formation is complete. More information will come from your team coach on the status of team meetings. Tentatively team meeting dates are:

Your attendance at Rush Team meeting is highly encouraged, and will cover the following:
- Meet with teammates
- Meet the Coach
- Complete Registration
- Meet parents
- Finalize important season dates
- Fill out and upload important documents
- Make arrangements to try on uniforms if you are new to the club – Capelli will provide a virtual tool to determine uniform sizing
