Soccer RI and EGSA requires that all coaches have completed the CDC's online Heads Up Concussion Training Course before they can roster with a team.  Below are step by step instructions explaining what you need to do to complete the course. It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
 

1) Visit the GotSoccer website and select "User Login" in the upper right-hand corner.

2) Select the "Teams & Team Officials" Login

3)  Login to your Individual Coach account.  If you do not have a coach account, create one by selecting "Create Your Account" .

4) Select the "Concussion Center" menu item.

5) Find the 'Center for Disease Control (CDC) Heads Up Concussion Test'.  Select  "Go to Courses Page"

6)  If you have completed the course already, you will see an image similar to the one below indicating when the course was completed and the option to print certificates.  If you HAVE NOT completed the course, select the "Start Course" button to begin the online module.
