Registration Fees: Pre K and K $85.00 per session 
1st – 8thgrades $140.00 per session Cash, Check or Money Order    
 Pre k and K: Practice Saturday’s 11am- 12pm 

1st - 4th. grades – Practice Tuesday between 6pm-8pm Games Saturday 9am –  10am 
5th - 8th. grades – Thursdays between 6pm-8pm Games Saturday 10am –  11am 

Gym shoes and shin guards will be required.

Offense/Defensive Skills, Ball Mastery, 1v1,
Fundamental and
Basic  Soccer Techniques
as well as the 'Team' Concept

*Additional training with Parent coaches*

Through maximum ball contact and expert coaching, players learn new Techniques, Skills and proper application of the technique. The goal of each topic is to INTRODUCE, REFINE, and MASTER the skill. A speed and agility training will help develop the player's speed of play, agility on the field and their overall in-game confidence.

That's why we at the Freeport PAL encourage participation of VOLUNTEERS to further the success of these programs and the development of the kids while in a safe and enjoyable environment.
