Through maximum ball contact and expert coaching, players learn new Techniques, Skills and proper application of the technique. The goal of each topic is to INTRODUCE, REFINE, and MASTER the skill. A speed and agility training will help develop the player's speed of play, agility on the field and their overall in-game confidence.   

Take an active part in the development of your child with his/her choice of sport by volunteering! As with all kids organized activities; be it sports or other extracurricular activities, volunteers such as parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents or guardians are a huge factor in the success of these programs. That's why we at the Freeport PAL encourage participation of VOLUNTEERS to further the success of these programs and the development of the kids while in a safe and enjoyable environment.
