Our Sunday Setting Academy gives setters the opportunity to have low-impact high repetition setting sessions.  Work on location, tempo, movement or just learn more about how to run your offense.  We've set aside specific times for you to come in and get some extra attention. 

Passing and Defense is open to all athletes who are looking to improve their passing skill.  These will also be low-impact, high repetition sessions.  Athletes will work on reading, posture, angles and proper execution.  

These sessions are open to Five1 VBC athletes and non-Five1 VBC athletes grades 6th-12th.
