Five1 VBC Summer Camps

Join the fastest growing, #1 recruited club in Mid-Michigan for our 2019 Summer Camps. Learn the Five:1 way of training athletes which incorporates motor development science and the latest in volleyball training principles. Campers are guaranteed a high number of repetitions because we believe in order to get better at the game of volleyball, you need to play the game of volleyball.

Campers will receive a Five1 Summer Training T-shirt.
Staff will include Five:1 Directors and Coaching staff as well as some Five:1 Alumni.
*Our Gym is AIR CONDITIONED!

Summer Camps

Setting/Hitting Summer Academy

9am-11:30am and 12:30pm-3pm
$175/athlete

Get ready for tryouts with these setting and hitting clinics. Sessions will work the basic techniques of each skill including footwork pattern, posture, ball placement, contact, and decision making. Setter and Hitters will have the opportunity to combine sessions and work together.

Serving/Passing Summer Academy

6-8pm
$50/athlete

Get ready for tryouts with these serving and passing clinics. Sessions teach the proper posture and reading for excellent serve receive. All facets of serving will be covered including jump float serves and topspin, along with basic serving mechanics.

All Skills Camp
TBA
9am-11:30am and 12:30pm-3pm
$175/athlete
Camp will cover all skills and the basic FUNdamentals of each. Open to all ages and skill levels.

Five:1 Setter Training
TBA
9am-12pm
$75
Get ready for your school season with high level reps and instruction.
