What is your coaching philosophy?
My name is Itamar Marques and I am from Fortaleza, Brazil. I am very passionate about soccer and being involved with the game gives me an opportunity to pass on what I have learned throughout all the years since I touched the ball for the first time. I like to see the progress, the development with a fun and very positive attitude.
