What is your coaching philosophy?
My main focus is player development and creating smart soccer players. I think players need to not only be technical, but also understand why they do an action and how to play an attractive style of soccer. They need the freedom to express themselves on the field, and not be afraid to make mistakes.
What is your coaching experience?
I have been coaching for 15 years or so, and hold multiple coaching licenses from the United States Soccer Federation and the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. I have coached both sexes at all ages, and different levels.
Why is Rush special to you?
Rush is special to me for a lot of reasons, but mainly for how supportive of an organization it is on all levels. We are all working towards the same goals, and put our players first. Our Rush family is very unique.
