What is your coaching philosophy?
While keeping the highest soccer coaching standards in mind, I also concentrate on the development of young players to be hard working, have a good team ethic and be respectful individuals on and off the field. In terms of the concept of soccer, possession, not simply as a means of defensive protection, but as a way effectively opening up the defenses of opposing teams.

Why is Rush special to you?
During my short time with Rush I have come to realize how the club is so focused on helping the community as well as coaching young players to be able to better themselves in every session. While visiting many clubs across the midwest the facilities at Rush are some of the best I have come across to be able to provide players with the best equipment and fields to help development.
