The safety of our players is our priority at WFSC. When inclement weather is in the area, we follow the following procedures:

We monitor the WeatherBug app to determine how close lightning strikes occur.

If lightning strikes within 10 miles of the fields, all play will be suspended and players and parents will need to leave the fields.

Play can only resume when there have been no lightning strikes within 10 miles for 30 minutes.

If inclement weather is in the area, we ask parents to stay in the vicinity so players can stay in cars during the postponement of play, as we are not able to house all players in the clubhouse.
