Established in 1991, the Fort Lee Girls Recreational Basketball League is one of Bergen County’s leading recreational basketball programs for girls.  Our mission is to provide a foundation for crucial life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and determination through the game of basketball.  We provide community-building spaces where players build life-long friendships and learn to work with others for a common goal.  We pride ourselves on our dedicated base of volunteer coaches and league officials who hold valuable knowledge and love of the game.  The Fort Lee Girls Recreational Basketball League has consistently hosted an annual 275+ players.  These players participate in our clinics, practice and compete on our 3rd-8th grade teams, and play against other Bergen County teams through our travel program.  Below you will find a detailed list of programs and ways to get your child involved in the league:

·      Recreation Program: Games held Monday and Tuesday for 3rd/4th and 5th/6th-grade teams, and Saturdays for 7th/8th-grade teams at the Lewis F. Cole Middle School.

·      Practices are held Monday-Friday in the gymnasiums of Elementary School #1, 2, 3, 4 and the Youth Center of Fort Lee

·      Travel Program: Games held at various locations throughout Bergen County including the Lewis F. Cole Middle School

·      Clinic Program: Fridays for 1st-2nd graders at the Intermediate School
