About Our League Open To All Skill Levels

Overview of the Program

·      Recreation Program: Games held Monday and Tuesday for 3rd/4th and 5th/6th-grade teams, and Saturdays for 7th/8th-grade teams at the Lewis F. Cole Middle School - Practices begin mid-November

·      Practices are held Monday-Friday in the gymnasiums of Elementary School #1, 2, 3, 4 and the Youth Center of Fort Lee

·      Travel Program: Games held at various locations throughout Bergen County including the Lewis F. Cole Middle School - Tryouts mid-October

·      Clinic Program: Fridays for 1st-2nd graders at the Intermediate School starting the first week of January 2025
