Day Camp: June 10-14, 2024 Cost: $275
1. What will my child be doing at Day Camp?Day Camp is an individual skills based program, for girls playing U9 - U13 in the fall of 2023 (birth years 2012-2016), that incorporates those basic skills into a team/game setting. Each morning campers will receive instruction on the essential skills of passing, receiving, dribbling, turning, etc. These skills are then developed even further in small sided games and other activities. After lunch campers will have a video time or other group activity along with the playing of their "League Games". This is the opportunity for their coaches to tie in the skills they have learned with the game and teach basic attacking and defensive concepts.
2. How are the campers grouped for teaching and games in Day Camp Campers are divided by age determined by their age as of January 1 of the current year. We train and play U9’s and U10’s (8-9 year olds) together in our Junior Group. The Senior Group is made up of U11’s – U13’s (10-12 year olds). Each camper will be assigned a team with a coach that will be with them for the entire week.
When you register be sure to select the training group you wish your child to be in.
3. What do I need to bring to Day Camp?a. Water Bottle
b. Sun Screen
c. A change of shoes or sandals are a good idea for the lunch break
d. DO NOT BRING A SOCCER BALL
4. Will there be Day Camp if it rains?Yes, we will hold Day Camp rain or shine
