Our Indoor Skills Clinic is designed for players of all levels, and all positions (Attack, Midfield, Defense and Goalies!) who want to grow their individual level of lacrosse skills! It is a fun and encouraging environment, with a focus on challenging each and every player to get to the next level. Players will be coached by our current team and coaching staff who have a love for teaching the game of lacrosse and getting others excited about playing. It will be a great opportunity to grow as a player and be prepared for your upcoming season!
When: Saturday January 17th 2026
1st session- 2nd-5th grade and 6th-8th grade
**2nd-5th & 6-8th grade are in separate groups**
8am- Registration
8:30-11:30am Clinic
2nd session- 9th - 12th grade
12:00pm- Registration
12:30-3:30pm- Clinic
Where: Brubaker and Sawyer Gymnasiums at Messiah University
Cost:
1st session:
2nd-8th Graders: $45 (plus $3 service fee)
2nd Session:
9th-12th Graders $55 (plus $3 service fee)
Added Information:
-A certified athletic trainer is present to help with any medical needs
-Space is limited so registration will close when we are full!*
-Goalies receive goalie coaching and training from our current goalies and goalie coach
What to Bring:
-Lacrosse stick
-Mouthguard
-Goggles (if you are a field player!)
-Goalie gear (if you're a goalie!)
-Sneakers (we will be on a gym floor)
-Water Bottle
-Reversible pinnie (if you have one, if not, we can lend you one!)
