MIHS Winter Ball + Conditioning 2025-26

These sessions are paramount in prepping our team for the upcoming season. Building chemistry, sharpening skills, getting in shape and injury prevention are the biggest reasons Coach Lyndsey Gillis encourages everyone to participate. Participation is required for all players who would like to be considered for varsity (unless you're playing a winter sport at MIHS that conflicts).

Preseason conditioning and skills/practices will culminate with Mercer Island High School Girls Lacrosse 2026 Team Tryouts.
