Raising awareness for mental health and healthy relationships

During the 2023 season, the MIHS Varsity team dedicated games to Morgan's Message® and One Love. Members of the MIGLax team are involved in leadership for both organizations at MIHS. The organizations raise awareness, provide education and focus on promoting mental wellness and building healthy relationships.

Morgan's Message® strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete community and equalize the treatment of physical and mental health in athletics. The organization aims to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence, and supporting those who feel alone.
