If a player is unable to participate and advises Delaware Valley Athletic Association ("DVAA") of that fact:

• Prior to the close of registration, the DVAA will honor a 100% refund of the registration fee paid. Refund does not include the online payment service fee charged by Sports Connect.
• Upon and after the close of registration, there will be no refunds.
