Union County Youth Soccer Association 

Union County Youth Soccer Association (UCYSA) is a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization located in Union County, Oregon. The Club maintains status as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Oregon, and shall obtain and maintain tax-exempt status under the Internal Revenue Code of the United States. 

UCYSA promotes the development of youth through soccer by teaching all aspects of soccer skills, including sportsmanship and fair play. The club provides opportunities to its youth players, coaches, and officials to learn and experience the game of soccer. This is accomplished through soccer programs as defined by Oregon Youth Soccer Association. UCYSA shall, develop, promote, and administer youth soccer programs for players, teams, coaches, referees, parents and administrators, consistent with the bylaws, policies and procedures of Oregon youth Soccer Association (OYSA). UCYSA represents all of Union County, Oregon including: La Grande, Union, Cove, Elgin, and Imbler.
