We are an NFL Flag Football League based in Miami Lakes, Florida. The NFL FLAG’s no-contact rule and team-oriented environment makes it easy for kids to come together, learn football fundamentals, and most importantly—have fun! With the Optimist Club of Miami Lakes guiding the way, MLO Flag continues to be South Florida's biggest and best flag football league.
