Family support and volunteerism are both the backbone to the success of any Little League program. Your athlete will benefit in more ways than one by simply knowing there is support from home. As a volunteer, you can become involved in practices, be eligible to join the coaching staff, become a member of a league committee or even join the Board of Directors!
In order to volunteer, EVERYONE must
1) complete a Little League volunteer application (next section below)
2) pass a required, national background check (included inside the volunteer application)
3) complete Little League's Abuse Awareness training (section below at the very bottom)
Do NOT be afraid of the BACKGROUND CHECK!!
As long as you haven't committed any crimes against children or don't have any pending charges in the courts system, we encourage you to go through the process. Twin City Baseball wants to give everyone a chance to demonstrate their commitment and dedication, and this is a great way to prove to the community that you believe in the success of our youth.
Note: Twin City Baseball Little League enforces the "Zero-Tolerance" policy, and it applies to all Board Members, coaches, volunteers, AND families. You can find it under "Helpful Links."
