What Is TOPSoccer?
TOPSoccer is a community-based soccer program designed and designated to meet the needs of children with physical and/or mental disabilities. Player participation and development are key elements of the program as players are placed on teams according to ability, NOT by age. Why TOPSoccer?
TOPSoccer furthers US Youth Soccer's mission of fostering the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels. TOPSoccer takes children from the sidelines to the field.
Role of a TOPSoccer Parent/Guardian
As a TOPSoccer parent/guardian you are required to:
- Provide transportation to and from practices and games
- Attend all practices and games with your child
- Lend support in a positive manner
- Provide any and all pertinent information about your child to the coaches and administrators
What To Expect From The Program?
- Seven weeks of fun on Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 (weather permitting) beginning after Bristol Schools' April Break
- A fun and meaningful experience for you and your family
- Games and activities adapted to ensure your child's participation
- Safe and healthy environment
- Networking opportunities with other families for support and information sharing
